Return policy
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase, for items that are in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns if the item has been opened or used, unless it is damaged or defective.
In order to begin the return process, please e-mail us at info@sourcingsolutions.com please include "RETURN" and your order number in the subject line. In the email, please provide:
- Your Order Number
- Receipt or Proof of Purchase
- The Damaged or Defective Product Description
- Your Preference: Refund or Replacement
